Cairo - A new shell

BBlean is sort of ancient. Then what is the hottest shell for Windows? Of course it's not Microsoft's Windows shell.

It's Cairo:

It's still under development and just reached milestone one. They are calling for testers. Being a tester or not, I would keep an eye on the project.
