Scrolling recent posts widget

The following code is what you need basically. (You can click to open it in a new window if this is too small). What it looks like is on my sidebar.

Sorry guys, I have to let you type in the code. If I just past the code here, it actually becomes the scrolling box. And you want the code not to see how it scrolls. So you have to do some work other than just copy and paste.

But when you type it up, you actually know the code better and know what you have control over. So it's not totally a waste of time.The marquee line is of course for the scrolling. I got the recent posts from Beautiful Beta.And I learned the marquee scrolling technice from http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/_MARQUEE.html

There's direction, width, height, that you can control and numposts is the number of resent posts you want to show.And of course, change the url to your blog url. :).

One thing bad about this code is that it's too dependent. You use Beautiful Beta's uploaded javascript as you can read from the code (There's an link.).You can also download the javascript from Beautiful Beta I think.

When you have your own site, you can find or write the javascript and upload it to your own permanent address and you'll be self sufficient.
